The artists/craftspeople who supply konatsu-utsuwa- concentrate on producing high quality pieces in limited quantities, hence we hold stock is small quantities. Feel free to contact us on our stock items through konatsu-utsuwa@outlook.jp we can sometimes give you an idea on when we may receive particular items depending on each artists timeline.
We ship within Australia only. All products are shipped from our Australian warehouse, so no import duties or customs fees will apply.

All shipments include tracking. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, If you receive a damaged or defective product, In that case, you can apply for a refund within seven (7) days of receipt by emailing us at konatsu-utsuwa@outlook.jp Please specify a reason why, your full name, order number and email address, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We will only accept returned items that are in "as-new" condition and their original packaging. Unfortunately, we will decline a refund for items that show used.

Refund policy
We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return, and we’ll let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
