Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges, except for damaged or defective items.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at here with:

・Reason for refund

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging. Used items are not eligible.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved,
we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing time by your bank may vary.

・Small differences in size or appearance are part of the unique character of each piece, and not considered defects
